How to use neem leaves for diabetes?
This is the question I asked myself two years ago when my father-in-law was diagnosed with diabetes, he was having a hard time coping with this disease and I started reading extensively about herbs and other medicinal products one can use in order to increase insulin levels in the body naturally while also decreasing blood glucose levels.
That’s when I discovered that neem leaves can be used to decrease blood glucose levels very successfully.
To do so, you can either take neem leaf capsules which are very convenient and easy to use or you can prepare every morning a smoothie that’s going to contain neem leaves and other very important ingredients for managing your diabetes properly.
The first of these ingredients is dried neem leaves, you should put two teaspoons in warm water for about one hour in order to let them release their nutrients and get engorged with water and then put everything , water included, in a powerful blender and add two bananas, a quarter of a teaspoon of cinnamon, a quarter of a teaspoon of ground turmeric, a quarter of a teaspoon of ground ginger , half a teaspoon of olive oil and one cup of water, if you have almond milk, you can use it as well.
Blend everything and drink throughout the day, this is going to reduce your blood glucose levels while also increasing your vitality and energy levels throughout the whole day.
